Fire Resistance:
1.The tube-type gas burner with a burner face length of 610 mm, which produces a line of closely spaced flames using propane with a forced air supply.

2.Installation and testing of the cable ladder fastened to the supporting steel chassis; the testing process can be adjusted on both sides of the vertical component testing ladder depending on cable size requirements (test stand length: 1200mm, height: 60mm, total weight: 18 ± 1kg)

3.Metal ring inside diameter is about: 150 mm.

4.With a temperature measuring device (diameter less than 2mm K-type thermocouple, from the flame ports 75mm).

5.The front end of the burner shall be no less than 200mm from the bottom and no less than 500mm from the wall.

Water spray:
1.The ribbon-type propane gas burner with a nominal burner face length of 500 mm with a Venturi mixer (a centre-feed burner is recommended) and a nominal burner face width of 10 mm with three staggered rows of drilled holes, nominally 1.32 mm in diameter and drilled at 3.2 mm centres..

2.Test temperature of 600 ~ 1000ºC can be set freely.(standard require 650 ±40 ºC).

3.With a diameter of not more than ¢ 2 of the thermocouple.

4.Supplying water at an approximately constant supply pressure sufficient  250 ~ 350Kpa to give a rate of water application in the vicinity of the cable sample between 0.25 L/m2/s and 0.30 L/m2/s.

5.The sample to be tested shall be a piece of the completed cable at least 1500 mm long, with approximately 100 mm of the sheath and outer covering removed from each end.

6.Test cable when powered by an isolation transformer, and is connected to the 3A fuse or circuit breaker, as well as each phase of the cable off lights indication.
