Application
According to UL9540A requirements, according to ISO817 Appendix C standard development. Through the camera equipment to record the combustion speed of combustible gases in the vertical glass tube and related auxiliary parameters, to achieve the combustion rate of combustible gases measured.
Product Composition:
The tester is mainly composed of combustion tube, ignition system, camera system, gas supply system and exhaust gas treatment system.
Product introduction
1. Combustion tube: made of quartz glass, inner diameter 40mm, length 1.2m.
2. Ignition system: the ignition system is installed at the bottom of the combustion tube, the ignition electrode is made of tungsten with a diameter of 1mm, inserted at the bottom on both sides, with a pitch of 6.4mm.
3. Camera system: High-speed industrial camera system is used to record the flame burning and spreading process, and special flame graphic analysis software is used to calculate the flame height.
4. Gas supply system: gas supply system consists of gas storage tank, vacuum pump, pressure gauge configuration mixing container and magnetic stirrer, so that the test sample gas mixing uniform;
5. Exhaust gas treatment system: the end of the combustion tube connected to the expansion of the container and wash gas bottle
6. Control and detection system: computer system virtual instrument test platform, manual and automatic control of two modes.
