Product Description

Brief introduction
The anti-fogging tester is used to test the anti-fogging function of spectacles. It is suitable for testing whether the lenses with anti-fogging and waterproof function can maintain a certain anti-fogging effect under the adhesion of water vapour, and can also be used to test the friction resistance of lenses.

Main technical parameters.
1. Technical indicators
1.1 Working environment
1.1.1 Working voltage: 220V1.
1.2 Room temperature: (23±5)°C
1.1.3 Relative humidity: (60±20)%.
1.2 General requirements of the instrument.
1.2.1 The design of the tester fully complies with the requirements of the European EN168 specification and is used with computer software.
1.3 Performance indicators
1.3.1 Detector: Diode that can receive signals.
1.3.2 Light source: laser source; wavelength (600±70) nm laser source, spot diameter 10 mm.
1.3.3 Receiver captures stray light at an angle of 0.75°;
1.3.4 Ring base: 35mm diameter, 24mm high;
1.3.5 Soft pad diameter: 3mm thick and 3mm wide;
1.3.6 Fogging water tank: total capacity approx. 10L, containing heating duct, fogging fan, pneumatic gate.
1.3.7 Heating system: variable frequency heating controller, refer to EN168 standard; water temperature shall be controlled at (50±0.5)°C.
1.3.8 Analysis software: windows operating system, built-in output, report form for microsoft office excel, software operation is convenient, can directly judge the test results.

Function description:
To measure the anti-fogging effect of the lens, a laser light source is emitted by the laser, which penetrates the lens through refraction and reflection.
The result is determined:
After the laser light has passed through the lens, the sample is tested according to the method specified in section 6.10 of the GB/T 32166.2-2015 standard, the sample should not be fogged for at least 8S, compared with the power value when there is no fog, maintaining at least 80% is considered good, then it has an anti-fogging effect, otherwise it is no anti-fogging effect.

Conform to the following standards
1,GB/T 32166.2-2015 <Individual protective equipment Eye and face protection Occupational eye and face protection Part 2: Measurement methods>
2. XF 1273-2015 "Protective Aids for Firefighters Firefighter Goggles".
3. BS EN 168-2001 Personal eye protection. Non-optical test methods, Personal eye protection. Non-optical test methods".
