Main uses
Mainly used for helmet safety testing research and development production. The product can be used for effective testing of the impact performance of helmets. Widely used in helmet research institutes, helmet production enterprises, national quality inspection units.
The main technical indicators
1, Head shape: its size should conform to the requirements of 5.9.1.1a in GB811-2010.
2, Falling device: including test head mould, sensor. The mass of the sensor and connecting parts is not greater than 25% of the total weight of the falling head form. There is an acceleration sensor installed in the centre of gravity of the head form, and the sensor sensitive axis can be calibrated to within 5°.
3,Test anvil: flat anvil: consisting of a minimum diameter of 127mm and a cylindrical impact surface of 15mm or more in thickness. Hemispherical anvil: consists of a spherical impact surface with a radius of 48mm ± 1mm.
5,Testing and analysis system: consists of acceleration sensor, signal amplifier and data processing, display, recording and other instruments. Frequency response range 0 Hz ~1000 Hz.
