Product Description

Main purpose
This equipment is developed according to the testing requirements of lateral rigidity and chin strap strength of helmets in the new national standard GB/T2812-2006 "Test Methods for Safety Helmets", and is used for testing the lateral pressure resistance and chin strap strength of safety helmets, with one equipment perfectly realising two testing functions, high automation and easy operation. It is widely used in safety helmet production enterprises, quality inspection units and construction engineering inspection stations.

Instrument features
1,Adopting microcomputer automatic control system, the test process is fully automatic control, the whole procedure automatically collects, processes and analyses the test data without manual calculation; fully automatic speed regulation, test completion, automatic display of test results; easy to operate, accurate data.
2,Adopting microcomputer (i.e. microcontroller) control, with printing function.
3, the equipment adopts a new structure principle, for the servo motor variable speed control, by the microcontroller control loading process, loading speed can achieve infinitely adjustable speed. (To avoid some manufacturers use ordinary motor to achieve constant speed control and can not match with the national standard)
4,The force measuring element adopts German imported high-precision special tensile pressure digital sensor with 0.5% accuracy. A set of sensors can automatically complete the test, no need to disassemble the force sensor, the operation is more convenient and intelligent.
5,During the test, the instrument displays real-time rate, real-time test status and real-time test force value.
6,The instrument can display the test time, automatically lock the maximum force value, automatically calculate the maximum deformation, residual deformation.
7,The lateral rigidity test report shows the standard requirement of inter-plate displacement Y1, Y2, Y3 and the maximum deformation D1 and residual deformation D2, and the test report can be printed directly.
8,The strength test report of the chin strap shows the maximum load when the chin strap is broken or slackened, and the test report can be printed directly.
9. Standard 1# head mould with stabilising support, used in combination with a simulated artificial chin.
10,The lateral rigidity test automatically calculates the displacement according to the pulse signal.
11,The loading rate and force value during the test fully meet the requirements of GB/T2812-2006 test method 4.5.2 and 4.8.2.
