Brief Introduction
The helmet goggle abrasion resistance tester is mainly used to test the resistance of helmet goggle lenses to particle damage.
(250±10r/min), with a certain amount of quartz sand (3kg) friction, and then observe the damage of the lens, after the test goggles should be no obvious damage, dents and other damage, and then according to the goggles visible light transmission rate and haze performance test method, goggles haze, should be less than or equal to 10%.
Main technical parameters.
1. length of falling sand impact conduit: 1650mm.
2. Diameter of the catheter: φ120±3mm.
3. angle of specimen holder: 45°±3° of clamping angle.
4. Turntable speed: 250 rpm/min.
5. Diameter of specimen holder: 100 mm
6. Test abrasive: 3 kg quartz sand, particle size of ¢ 0.5 mm ~ ¢ 0.7 mm.
7. Abrasive release method: using precision solenoid valve to control the on/off.
8. Abrasive recovery: automatic collection by conveyor belt.
9. Control and operation: the machine adopts PLC + touch screen intelligent control operation.
10. Equipment power supply: AC220V 50/60Hz, power 500W.
Testing method.
1. fix the lens on the turntable inside the apparatus.
2. start the apparatus, turn the turntable so that the lens rotates at 250 rpm/min, pour 3 kg of quartz sand from the funnel at the top of the apparatus and make it leak out slowly at the required speed.
3. switching off the power supply, removing the lenses and observing the damaged condition of the lenses.
4. after the test the goggles should be free from obvious damage such as breakage and denting, then retest the goggles according to the goggles visible light transmission rate and haze performance test method, the haze of the goggles, should be less than or equal to 10%.
Conforms to the standard.
Helmet goggle abrasion resistance tester applies to the new national standard: GB 811-XXXX "motorbike passenger helmet" chapter 6.5.3 test requirements
