Instrument features
1,The instrument is fully automatic controlled by microcomputer. It adopts a special processing system to automatically collect dynamic signals, process data and output. The instrument has a printing function and automatically records and locks the peak impact force.
2,Adopt German imported high-precision dynamic force sensor, range 20KN.
3,Adopting non-leakage magnetic adsorption structure, falling hammer and piercing cone automatically position the centre of the helmet.
4, test head mould: special mould casting 1 and 2 and metal head mould, in line with the specific provisions of the standard, subject to to the impact, can be repaired, greatly superior to the old standard wooden head mould.
5,The whole machine adopts the European standard aluminium profile, frame structure, more stable; electrical wiring adopts built-in type, beautiful structure, with modern sense of technology and texture.
6,Impact height: 1000mm±5mm, vertical spiral handle to adjust the height. Height adjustment is convenient and easy to control; height measurement is simple and intuitive, greatly improving testing efficiency and accuracy.
7,Falling hammer and piercing hammer are freely replaceable and easy to operate.
8,Protection system: new design around the metal protection net and installation link fixed way, greatly reducing the possibility of accidental test, and further improve the safety of the test operation.
9,The bottom is equipped with a leveling test device to ensure that the test is level, improving the accuracy of the test.
10, impact mode: the use of free fall form, the most realistic simulation of the actual use of the site, to avoid the guide rail or with the guide fall body for complex speed compensation, to ensure the accuracy of the test.
