Principle
On the surface of solid insulating material ,between two platinum electrode(2mm × 5mm) , a voltage is applied, and Timing (30s) set height (35mm) conductive liquid droplet volume dropping the provisions of (0.1% NH 4 CL ), to evaluate the solid insulating material surface leakage resistance performance under wet or contaminated medium electric and combined effects measured for comparative tracking index (CT1) and resistance to tracking index (PT1).
