Main purpose
Used for cotton, wool, silk, hemp, chemical fiber and other textiles washing resistance, dry cleaning, shrinkage resistance color fastness test.
It is also used to test the color fastness of dyestuff to washing.
The working principle
The stainless steel cup with the specimen, detergent and steel beads is mounted on the spindle, heated so that the water in the box reaches a certain temperature, and then the motor drives the spindle to rotate at 40 rpm, so that the specimen and steel beads in the cup rub against each other for a certain time in the environment of washing liquid at a certain temperature, and then rinsed and dried to simulate five times of household washing or commercial washing in daily life. Result determination: Observe the color change of the specimen after washing, and evaluate the discoloration and staining grade with gray card.
