The working principle
The stainless steel cup with the specimen, detergent and steel beads is mounted on the spindle, heated so that the water in the box reaches a certain temperature, and then the motor drives the spindle to rotate at 40 rpm, so that the specimen and steel beads in the cup rub against each other for a certain time in the environment of washing liquid at a certain temperature, and then rinsed and dried to simulate five times of household washing or commercial washing in daily life. Result determination: Observe the color change of the specimen after washing, and evaluate the discoloration and staining grade with gray card.
