Product Overview:
The battery cell extrusion needling integrated machine, battery extrusion testing machine, cylindrical 18650 battery needling testing machine, battery extrusion needling testing machine, etc. is suitable for simulating all kinds of batteries in the use, transport, storage or disposal of household waste, the battery suffers from extrusion and puncture situation.

Extrusion test extrusion direction should follow the following rules: a battery only one extrusion, the battery to not explode and not fire as qualified.
1. For cylindrical batteries, the longitudinal axis of the extruded battery shall be parallel to the two flat plates of the extrusion device;
2. For square and soft pack batteries, only the wide side of the battery shall be extruded;
3. For coin-type or button type batteries, the extrusion is carried out by using the top and bottom planes of the battery parallel to the flat plates.
Needle test should be carried out in the environment of 20 ºC ± 5 ºC, the battery will be placed flat on the fixture, with a diameter of φ3-φ8mm non-etched steel needle with a speed of 10mm / s-40mm / s penetration of the battery surface at the centre of the position, to maintain an arbitrary period of time and to observe the results of the test, the battery does not explode, does not catch fire is qualified.
