Goggle chemical droplet protection performance test device is used for eye protection to provide protection for all parts of the eye after chemical droplet test protection performance test. The eye protection is put on the head mould as normal and test paper is placed between the head mould and the eye protection. The reagent is sprayed and the water mist is sprayed at ((20-30) mL/min)
Equipment application
The Goggle Chemical Droplet Protective Performance Test Device is used to test the protective performance of all parts of the eye protector providing protection to the eye after chemical droplet testing. The eye protection is placed on the head mould in accordance with normal requirements and test paper is placed between the head mould and the eye protection. The reagent is sprayed, the water mist is sprayed at ((20-30) mL/min, the sprayer and the head mould are separated by 600 mm and the spraying time is approximately 10 s. The spray is applied to the head mould from all directions.

This test device applies to the standard: GB14866-2006 Technical Requirements for Personal Eye Protectors, chapters 5.13 and 6.8.
