Main use
It is mainly used in the development and production of helmets for fire fighting safety testing. The product can test the impact acceleration of helmets effectively. It is widely used in fire fighting research institutes, helmet manufacturers and national quality inspection units.
Main technical indicators
1, Test head mould: its size should conform to the requirements of GB/T 2428-1998, and the material is aluminium alloy (ZL202).
2,Falling device: including test head mould, accelerometer and movable support guiding parts. The accelerometer is installed in the centre of gravity of the head mould and the movable support guiding part, and the angle between the measuring axis and the vertical line should be within 5°, and the total mass should be 5.2kg±0.2kg
3, test anvil base: with a diameter of 125mm ± 15mm smooth and flat impact surface of the steel test anvil, rigidly installed in the area of 300mm * 300mm, thickness of 25mm, the steel plate below the concrete base.
4,Drop height: 1.8m (distance from impact site to test anvil base)
5,Testing and analysis system: consisting of acceleration sensor, signal amplifier and data processing, display, recording and other instruments. Frequency response range 0 Hz ~5000 Hz; measurement accuracy ±2.5%
